Heating element failed Tuesday evening; left repair request on Mathew website: local electrician Matt Morris phoned Wed am, arranged to visit us the next day; arrived promptly at 10am with the replacement part, and had the job done by 10.30 or so. Couldn't have been more delighted with the overall quality of the repair!

communication was very good engineer arrived on time. unfortunately the reported issue with dishwasher was behaving itself on the day and it was all working correctly. he did through check and said all ok. the next day it was back so i will have to tolerte humming dishwasher

Unfortunately spare parts for our dishwasher are now obsolete. We had to have a new one. Matt was able to get us a new one within a couple of days. This was installed, and old dishwasher taken away all in the one price. Very pleased with the service we received and would definitely recommend.
