Office staff and engineer were friendly, helpful and efficient. Cost of repair was significantly less than if it had been arranged through the appliance manufacturer. Engineer's visit was three working days after initial call - also quicker than manufacturer could offer.

We had a very friendly tech come out to repair our broken Bosch washer-drier. Unfortunately he wasn't able to repair it cost-effectively as one of the many boards may have fried, but he was up front and quite gutted about the fact he couldn't repair it.
