Prompt and efficient response from service engineer. I sent him info on the part needed for our tumble dryer which he sourced and brought with him so all fixed in one visit. Friendly ‘can do’ attitude very welcome.

Very professional and thorough when organising my repair,one simple call to the nice Helen and she helped with an engineer and appointment to fix my washing machine.

I was able to book my appointment online. The engineer made contact before the date and gave an approx time of arrival. My cooker hood is old and he told me the part required was obsolete and despite him trying to get an alternative one the only one suitable would be £500 plus. He advised me it would be better to purchase a new one which I am looking into. Nice to have an honest opinion. I would definitely use this company and engineer in the futue.

Easy to book engineer visit. Direct contact with engineer ahead of visit. On time and day for engineer visit. Engineer delivered fix, with no hint of “extra” cost BS. Good and fair price. Recommend.
