We had a chap come to fix our integrated fridgefreezer and he left the doors in such a state they were no longer flush with the cabinets and coming loose from their fixings. He came back to sort it out and told me they were like that before - they most certainly were not! And we are still having problems our freezer door catching after his visit. Thoroughly disappointed. A very polite and efficient Engineer quickly diagnosed the fault with our Washing machine. Informed us what was needed. The quote arrived quickly and likewise the appointment to come and fit the new part. A sensible price for a job well done. Would be happy to use again.
