The engineer called to confirm when he would arrive and turned up as planned. Very polite and knowledgeable. The fault was quickly diagnosed and and repaired, he even replaced an internal light bulb. He even swept the debris from under the oven and cleaned the sides.

My fridge-freezer broke down and the fitters came promptly. No repair possible but after careful measuring the fitters found me a replacement model and took great care fitting it as an integral unit when it arrived. All done with care, expertise and efficiency.

Very quick response to initial enquiry. Good experienced engineer. Unfortunately he was unable to repair washing machine but was very helpful in helping me purchase a new one.
