Satisfactory response to service request. Took 2 days to offer a date. Once this had been given the repair was done quickly. The engineer was very professional. Very Good

Great service. Spoke to human service operator, availability scheduled to suit and the engineer was professional, courteous and precise with his work. Found the problem, offered options and delivered the service we needed. Very timely, communicated well and very tidy work. Will definitely use again.

The engineer that came was very professional and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately it was a big problem so we aren’t using them for the repair, replacing it. He gave us a quote and everything was dealt with a couple of work days later

Amazing service. Engineer turned up within an hour of reporting the fault of a faulty oven. Very efficient and polite engineer who was most helpful.
