They don't have their own staff, they sub contract out the job, so if a repair is not possible you have to pay the full rate anyway, no flexibility. Go for a local guy who can give you better service and cheaper.

My appliance was not fit for repair but I’m glad I spent the money to establish this. Dan was prompt, courteous, clear in his explanation, and tidied up fully the many screws and parts that were removed from my beast of a combination microwave oven.
