The engineer was very punctual and polite. He explained what needed to be done. I am a nosey person ,wanting to understand and he was very patient with me. The problem was resolved quickly and without any mess or fuss. Thank you.

The online booking system is easy to use and charges are clear. Excellent availability. Response to initial booking to confirm time was extremely quick.

The whole process from my first call to the engineer arriving and diagnosing the fault was very efficient. The engineer then had to order the part and come back a couple of days later to fit it, which meant we were without our fridge/freezer over a whole weekend, noone's fault, just a fact of life.

Great service very quick

The experience was great from first contact right through to the repair itself. The booking process was a simple telephone call, which was handled sfficiently. The repsair visit was arranged and the same day I received a call from the engineer to make an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time, and investigated the problem with our integrated fridge freezer, but was unable to complete the repair as he had to order a part, which he did straight away. He promised to keep me informed and then to arrange a further visit to fit the part, which again he did. He arrived on time and completed the repair, excellent service. TRhe engineer was pleasant and efficient, with good product knowledge. The only downside was the actual coost of the part, but that had nothing to do with Leton or the engineer. Thank you!

Engineer arrived to fix smeg induction hob and clearly didnt know what he was doing. Spent 20 minutes watching YouTube videos, didn’t fix any thing, didn’t put the oven back after and charged me for the pleasure. Told me he’d get the part I needed and be back in a week to fix it. Never heard from him again…

The engineer was most helpful in finding the fault but unfortunatly the part that is required from Hisense is not replaceable, so it looks that we will have to scrap the macine afer just two years of use, so much for the high rating by Good Housekeeping !!!!

Leyton, the engineer came out and fixed my washing machine. He did a good job... and was on time.
