Engineer was pleasant and arrived within the allotted time, the job was done without delay. A very satisfactory outcome. I will keep your number for any future kitchen related problem.

Spent £150 on callout and new part. Fridge still not working properly. Can't get it under 50 C. Hopeless.

The engineer came on time. Very pleasant. Good English. Explained everything. Tried to repair but said I needed to test it for about 24 hours to check if it was OK It wasn't, although he did all he could He said he would order a thermostat and when it arrived he would come and fit it. I did not give a 5 star because it was not mended, not because he did not try. I could tell he knew his job well and gave me confidence. I hope it gets fixed next time he comes with the new part.

Arrived on time very efficient solved my problem my cooker hopefully good for a few more years!
