Keith kept me informed of when the engineer was going to arrive and he let me know 30 mins before his arrival. He explained clearly what he was going to do - and what he did do. He put my mind at ease that my cooker was safe.

The engineer arrived on time, explained everything he was doing and put my mind at ease that our range cooker was safe to use. He left everything clean and tidy.

The initial visit did not occur on the day originally quoted on the website. I had a phone call advising of that on the first working day after my request. From then on contact was very good with emails and the engineer making an evening call to double check details of the problem and then a call on the day of the job to confirm his arrival time. The visit was polite and professional with the fault quickly identified. Sadly the required part was not on his van So a revisit date one week away was provided and payment taken for the visit and part. My only criticism is that once I had found the data label on the back of the cooker I immediately sent an email to the company giving full details of the make model and serial number. This was done three days before the service visit and I hoped this would mean the engineer would come with the part. Sadly this didn’t happen which resulted in us having to wait a further week before the job was completed. Hence only 4 stars. I give this on the basis that the job is satisfactorily completed on the promised day.

Got a call-back very quickly and engineer arranged for a visit within two working days.
