Engineer called a day after I was told he would, when he turned up he said what the problem was and said the part will take 24hrs to get. 3 days later I've not hered from him so I called. Just for him to say . The part will be here next week. Communication is terrible

A great service from the booking through to the repair to my cooker. Very friendly, informative, a good price and the guys who did the repair were excellent and friendly too, which my dog liked! All arranged and completed in quick time
