The female receptionist answered v quickly when I rang Jon about my concerns of my noisy washing machine. She quickly arranged for an appliance engineer to come to my house. Within an hour the engineer rang me to confirm suitable day and time to come. The engineer arrived on time, very knowlegable but as feared did confirm I need a new washing machine. I can recomment.Jon to anyone who has domestic appliance issues
