The whole experience from start to finish was simple and stress free. It was easy to book the service. The communication was excellent, directly with the engineer. He worked around my work schedule which was much appreciated, turned up on time and explained the issues to me. I knew exactly what I would be paying and as someone who knows nothing about washing machines, I really liked this way of working. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to friends and family.

Jim was efficient and great communication from him, I knew exactly what I was paying for. He quickly diagnosed the problem, order a part and came back to install the new part. Very easy and oven back to new

Excellent service. Easy to book. Engineer communicated well and attended in very good time. Repair required spares and these were ordered and fitted. Very pleased with the service and price.
