Great experience - booked online and engineer showed up on time and called ahead. Came in and checked the problem, said they’d order parts and come back. Very efficient (unlike some other reviews, these people are meant to know what’s wrong without spending hours diagnosing!). Came back a week later to fit the part and problem sorted. Engineer was very respectful in my home and kind - took no time at all to do the work and I’m happy enough with the price I paid.

I.was quoted a callout charge which I thought reasonable but when I discovered that this also included labour costs, I was very happy. As promised, the engineer turned up the next day and solved the problem very quickly. He was extremely pleasant, friendly and respectful. I would have no hesitation in using this company again

Polite telephone staff, informed them of the issue with our washing machine & Joe the engineer came on a day that suited us and was extremely helful. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Operator was pleasant, she listen to what i was saying and engaging. Arrangement was made and i am pleased with the service.

Efficient and friendly service

I had booked an appointment to repair an oven via JJ Domestics for Monday. Confirmation message from JJ Domestics states that engineer will be in touch that day to discuss job and arrival time but that didn't happen. By Sunday I had heard nothing. I contacted them via WhatsApp and got a call at 9pm saying they would come in the afternoon. They had not arrived by 3.45pm, I got a call saying they were delayed but were definitely coming. 4.45pm still nothing I called and was told they were definitely coming. After 5pm the engineer called to cancel. I found the whole experience very frustrating and a complete waste of time. WhatsApp messages to JJ Domestics seem to be responded to by AI, they simply say to wait and get back again if there is still a problem. They do this repeatedly which just adds to the frustration. Will never use again.
