After the bad starting with another engineer finally I got my repair sorted and I’m happy now

I had a bad experience with one of the workers who called sick twice and one else been sent after my complaints finally they sent me a new person who solved my problem

Jacks who came to fix my washing machine was very nice ,professional and polite he spotted the problem right away and promptly he ordered the piece needed,after 3 weeks I can finally wash our clothes again thank you ,highly recommended him

I received confirmation of booking by email and text promptly from Jack. Jack, the engineer, also contacted me quickly to arrange appt. Jack found the problem on my cooker, ordered the part and had it fitted and working in a few days (considering it was a Friday when part was ordered, it was fixed by Monday). Jack was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Job well done. Thank you.

Jack Identified problem. We let fridge freezer defrost for 48 hours. Did an extra clean on the drain tube and it needed it. All well and working.

Great communication from the engineer. Very friendly. Was able to identify the problem and returned to fix the issue when he had the correct part.
