This company needs to state the terms and conditions much more clearly . If a machine is allegedly fixed and the engineer leaves only to find it is not actually fixed , you are told that to return and rectify the situation it could cost another 109 pounds charge to fix their own mistake . Very unfair .

Graham was on time, pleasant, efficient and quick. He sorted the setting on the oven and I thought he had solved it extremely quickly and expected that to be the end of it. However he was very thorough and checked all the settings on the oven and that confirmed that an element had blown. So he replaced that. Very impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. I will use your service again and recommend to others.

Absolutely awful do not use . Paid 170 pound to fix dishwasher . Engineer said it was fixed . Did not even secure it back in place , drove off quickly . Machine was not fixed . Spent the entire day phoning only to be ignored . The next day no response from customer service , no one answered the phone or responded to emails . Avoid .
