Engineer arrived on time and was friendly and helpful. Inspected the appliance and started a defrost cycle. A few days later the original problem was still present, so the engineer arranged a no-cost second visit and on that visit he was able to see a second problem (hidden by the ice, previously) and put that right free of charge. Thanks! Recommended.

I was very pleased with the efficient way Lee tackled the faulty fan element in my range cooker.
