Quick to get an engineer appointment, came when planned, polite, tidy and efficient. An excellent job all round - would definitely recommend - and use again.

Engineer arrived on time after phone call to say he was on his way, job sorted and tumble dryer has been working well since. Was advised to call again if the problem persists as they can then order a new console if necessary. Engineer also said that the repair is guaranteed for 6 months. Pleasant and painless experience and relieved that I don’t need to replace machine even though it’s 9 years old 😀
