The engineer made my experience good. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He knew what the problem was from one phone conversation and he ordered and arrived with the right parts, so there was no delay in fixing the appliance. The booking was straightforward. I was notified of an approximate time and then given an accurate time on the day. He arrived early, told me what was wrong (a blocked dishwasher) and fixed it very efficiently. Also told me things to avoid in the future. Kept to the price I was given. I would use them again if I need to.

Oven repair booked by my landlord. The engineer contacted me to confirm my appointment, then called me on the day to give me notice that he was on his way. The engineer knew exactly what was wrong and quickly replaced the part. My oven is now working perfectly.

My whole experience was efficient, timely and effective. The communication was strong and the repair agent (Bartek) who was with me within 24hrs of request was knowledgeable, honest and even though the repair did not come under his remit his diagnosis was spot on.

When it came to getting our Miele dishwasher repair I found that Fix4You offered a much lower cost for a callout and it would happen the next day rather than the next week. I was very glad that I selected Fix4You because not only did they perform as promised but they were very efficient and helpful throughout.
