Used Electro Services to get a diagnostics report to make a claim on Breach of Consumer Rights. The appointment was easy to book and I was kept informed on when the appointment would be with a time slot. Engineer was polite, efficient and professional. Taking to time to explain the issue as well as filling in a report.

Repair was fast and solved the problem.

Very easy to set up, friendly call handler and appointment arranged for two days later. Engineer came early on the day very friendly and informative, in the end there was nothing wrong with my washer spinner not working due to uneven load so he really didn't have to do anything cost 96 quid for nothing really,but that wasn't their fault
