I was very happy with the whole process. Engineer kept in contact re timing of visit. Repair completed quickly and efficiently. My cooker is now working!! The only downside is that I have to cook again!!

Technition came out, his name was Conor Mcdermott, he spent 5 minuets, didn't seem to know what the problem with the dryer was, said he thought it was the main circut board, charged me £90 and left, hasn't been back since, I had to have the dryer repaired by another technition, he fixed it straight away, wasn't what Conor thought it was, I've been in contact with Conor and Conor several times over text, but NO Refund of money, DO NOT TRUST THESE GUY'S!!!

The repair man (Conor) was excellent. Identified the problem, ordered the parts and was still working at 11pm on 23rd December to make sure all his customers were sorted for Christmas. Old fashioned service which you don’t see so often these days.
