Good service from start to finish

Daniel arrived promptly. He was respectful, polite and friendly. He told me what he thought the issue might be and then explained what he had done. He also advised what to do and to contact you if the issue returned.

Good initial contact, quick appointment, engineer was very professional, quickly diagnosed the problem, I was kept up to date on progress all the way through, parts came and were installed quickly. All very good.

Prompt timing and profflesional work

Would give zero stars if I could. Messed about twice with appointment times so ended up waiting weeks for engineer. Told only way I could complain is through their form. Sent an email with link to the form which didn't exist and never responded when I contacted them to ask for a complaint form Falsely market as small family run business but is just a front for large company who subcontracts to local engineers who work for multiple companies. Website also says appointment to suit you which is a lie. You have to be available for the whole day chosen by the subcontracted engineer. Do not get a message to narrow the time the day before as promised, you get an automated message with time slot on the day. I said I needed morning only and was given 2.30pm. No option to ask if they can come earlier (as pre-agreed) so only choice is to cancel and re-book a new appointment regardless of whether or not you have taken time off work or been waiting weeks. Plus pay up front and no refund option if they don't stick to their scheduled appointment. When I phoned to complain that I had booked a morning appointment and then on day been given afternoon, unpleasant lady was quite angry and accused me of never having been given a morning slot. Basically called a liar. Hilariously she then told me I could have an afternoon appointment for next booking despite having just spent ages saying no-one would ever tell me I could have an am/pm slot. Oh and when I got the afternoon slot booked, the engineer sent me time slot on the day of 10.30am. Had to deal with the engineer whilst on an online training course just so I didn't have to wait more weeks to have fridge repaired in the heatwave. There are many many good people out there - don't waste your time and money on this bunch of jokers. Issue is Daniel, engineer was great.
