Our Miele dishwasher broke down and our local electrical repair shop wouldn't work with the brand. As we live in an isolated area I had no idea where to start looking for a service agent. Dave hooked me up with a repair guy who was brilliant, he could come within a two days, and he even knew how to diagnose through listening to the machine. He was like Dr Miele. He was smashing to work with, and knowing he's now on our team, I would feel confident buying another used Miele Applicance - so that's better for the environment, too.
