The service was brilliant fast & efficient called late afternoon had a service engineer the next day so it does work Sadly that can’t be the same for the washing machine it was beyond repair

I wish I can give them a lower rating. The only thing they care about is collecting their £90 service charge BEFORE your engineer is even booked. Very poor service and you have to ring the engineer yourself. And even worse: the engineer turned up, checked the hob and couldn’t unscrew it. He said that’s 90% of what happens with hobs. But you have paid a non refundable £90 to this D.B. Domestics Appliance company! - absolute scam!!!

Very efficient and reliable - managed to sort my fridge freezer out after 2 previous engineers failed. Diagnosed the problem with my expensive 2-year-old Miele washing machine but the expensive parts meant I was better off buying a new one, different brand.
