Callum was very professional but I never received a receipt as requested but he did a great job and quickly and I tried to ring Callum several times but told by message they were unable to take calls

AVOID CW Appliance Repair DOMESTIC REPAIRS AT ALL COSTS ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM CW Appliance Repair at all costs this is a Mickey Mouse outfit. Booked and so called domestic engineer through CW Appliance Repair they appointed CW APPLIANCE REPAIRS who isn’t qualified to carry out F Gas total waste of time. Turned up to carry out repair was asked if he was F Gas registered he said no but it not a refrigerant issue ??? Second visit he was very abrupt and the third visit he said I can’t repair it. Emailed and spoke with CW Appliance Repair several times asking for a refund and they have refused to give me it. Informed me it’s CW APPLIANCE REPAIRS who would refund me ?? Spoke with CW who told me it’s CW Appliance Repair who will refund. AVOID CW Appliance Repair AND CW APPLIANCE REPAIRS TOTAL WASTE OF TIME THEY AREN’T FIT TO TRADE AS DOMESTIC APPLIANCE REPAIRS

A very good company . Arrived promptly and dealt with the repair . They text me to tell me arrival time etc. and all was carried out very professionally . The charge was reasonable and the service was brilliant .
