Found the fault and fixed it quickly

Your engineer kept me informed as to when he would arrive. He was friendly , informative an efficient. A sensor had gone wrong and he fixed it. He told me it would be better to have a new sensor fitted as the old one could go wrong again. Having paid a call out charge for today’s visit , it would also cover the further visit to replace the sensor. The only charge being the part itself. That seems very fair. Thank you. John Fulton
