Bad news our Miele has after 23yrs become scrap as parts are not available ☹️. However the service was very good, on time and thorough and showed us damaged parts. Would recommend this service and thanks to Glyn.

Don't hesitate to use this service. I had a broken SMEG Range and from first contact to the end of the job I felt like a valued customer. Good communication, the engineer was on time, listened to me, picked up on something in my description of what was going on, and pretty much went straight to the fault. A loose micro-switch unit that must have been slightly nudged when the front panel had been removed months before. Then later slipped out of place totally and prevented the cooker from working. A simple fix, no selling undeeded parts to make more money. A good honest service at a great price.
