Very easy and very quick to get someone to look at the problem. The engineer who covers our area was Barry. He was very friendly and professional, he phoned us prior to his visit. He mended our washer and was very tidy.

Used BK Appliance Repairs to find a cooker repair engineer as its so difficult to get anyone to come out generally. The engineer they sent was very good and repaired the cooker very quickly. Id recommended using BK Appliance Repairs to anyone living in a rural area who cant usually get engineers to attend a repair.
