Bentley Appliance Repair

Engineer was very helpful and efficient

I explained the problem with Hob to the receptionist in that it was inoperable at the moment. and felt reassured that it was a problem that could be resolved. I would have preferred that it was sorted out today but the receptionist explained that it was not possible this afternoon but I would have a person at my home tomorrow morning. She explained the costs involved. She was very courteous.

The gentleman who repaired our washing machine phoned in advance, arrived on time, was cheerful, friendly and efficient. He explained the fault, replaced the defective part and was finished within twenty minutes.
