Tony, who came to look at my washing machine was very thorough in trying to find the reason for it overfilling. He ordered a new part for what he thought was the problem, but unfortunately it did not resolve the problem. He dismantled the whole machine to try to find the problem and concluded that it must be a fault in the programme board/switches. This would be expensive to put right so I decided that I will buy a new machine. I would recommend Tony for his thoroughness and would certainly contact him again for electrical repairs.

Unfortunately the new part did not solve the problem and the problem seemed to be with the circuit board, which would be very expensive to fix, so I decided it would be more economical to buy a new machine. I would recommend Tony for his thorough work and would certainly use him again.

It was just a couple of days from my initial phone call to the engineer calling to check the fault on my fridge. He quickly found the fault but needed to order a part that took a couple of days. I was contacted when they had the part, arranged a time slot for the engineer to call and fit the part which he did quickly when he arrived without wasting time as his next call was about fourth five miles down the road. My fridge is now working as it should so hopefully it will give me a few more years good service.
