Really easy to book a repair, quick response from contractor for booking it but couldn't offer me a rough estimate of when the engineer would come out. Poor comms on day of repair but engineer was polite and friendly and fixed issued quickly.

Our cooker did not come up to temperature so when I opened the oven expecting to have our Sunday lunch cooked, it was still not done. I wrote about our problem online to Erroll that day and an engineer came to fit a new element in on the Wednesday. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the engineer attending had the actual part on his van, since we had learnt previously that our “brand new” cooker was in fact an older model that had been sitting in a warehouse for some time before we bought it. The engineer fitted it quickly and proficiently, was very pleasant and approachable, we were very pleased with the service provided.
