Steve was on time, with great communication. He examined and tested many parts of the machine, he was very professional and friendly to his credit. Unfortunately the diagnosis was terminal and we had to say goodbye to our old friend Smeg. Joking apart a positive experience and would definitely use again.

Excellent service with a next day appointment. The engineer was friendly and left the appliance clean and working brilliantly. We will definitely use them again in the future.
