Repair was carried out competently and only within a few days of me reporting the issue. The engineer was friendly and efficient. Everything is now all working as it should.

The engineer arrived on time and quickly explained the likely causes of the problem in a clear and straightforward way. He got on with the repair without any fuss or drama, working efficiently throughout. He inspired confidence with his knowledge and approach, and was polite, courteous and professional from start to finish.

Local engineer arrived on schedule next day after call. Helpful, courteous. Couldn't immediately identify issue with dishwasher but tried a few things. When issue recurred a few days later he came back at no extra cost to re-assess and diagnose. Problem was terminal due to lack of replacement parts. A good experience considering
