Our Microwave broke down, I call Appliance and spoke to Rita who was so friendly and helpful gave me appointment date for engineer to come around to repair, he promptly arrived and checked our Microwave he could not fix it as he didn't have the parts he told us we need to get it fix he can order the immediately we said yes ,he got part delivery date and booked appointment to come and fix it. Engineer promptly arrived 8.00 am to fix it and also tested to make sure it is working we are very pleased with service provided by Appliance. I highly recommend to my friends and family and neighbours.

I booked on Friday he came on Monday Alex took every care with our 16 year integrated microwave and advised on repairs. Not good!! So I ordered another one it arrived on Wednesday he will install it on Friday Excellent service.

Rang Appliance who arranged engineer for next day. Explained about costs etc so I knew all details. Engineer arrived next day and was absolutely excellent. Excellent service all round and would recommend Appliance.

The man came promptly and was very helpful. Unfortunarely the door spring was broken and the part is no longer available. He managed to make the existing spring slightly shorter and its now closing the door tight again. Ofherwise we would have to buy a new microvave.
