Having been badly let down in securing a repair, it was a pleasure to receive a friendly and efficient service to effect a new repair from Leesa, especially with an immediate response to my telephone call . The whole service was quick and efficient, when I phoned the engineers visit was arranged quickly for the next day. The engineer (Andrew) arrived at the stated time repaired the washing machine and made no mess.

After speaking to Leesa on the ‘phone and then talking with and watching Andrew the engineer fix my oven I have to say this company’s motto should include the words ‘Friendly Efficiency ’. They deserve a five star rating.
