It was very easy to book a repair via the website at a date convenient to me. A local engineer got in touch almost immediately. He was polite and efficient throughout the whole process. All worked very smoothly.

The Engineer was very good, there were a couple of 'niggly' bits, which the engineer sorted out efficiently. Couldn't recommend the company high enough.

Hob ignition problem. Cheap compared to Bosch. Engineer rang me and arranged to come on a Sunday. Worked hard for 40 minutes and repaired without charging for a part. Nice guy.
