Efficient and clear

The Chris service from start to finish was easy. A dishwasher was showing a ‘warning signal’ not knowing where to start to find a local company I searched on line and Chris repair service is the one I went for purely because I could book a date on line for an Engineer to come out. The booking process was so easy, communication too. You receive a call from Chris advising the date and time slot and the Engineers name so no stranger turning up on your doorstep. The process was explained well and felt confident that I understood what would happen on the day. I paid the call out fee over the phone and, as I don’t live in the property, meant the tenants didn’t have this to sort out. The Engineer came out the following day so no long wait. He managed to repair the fault but, said should the issue reoccur, he would know what part was required and return to fix this. I would definitely recommend Chris repair services.
