Michael was friendly, communicative and helpful throughout the process. The problem was identified professionally and clearly. The booking system was quick and easy. The engineer called the next day to arrange a convenient appointment to assess the repair of my combination microwave oven. He was punctual, professional, polite and friendly. Very efficient in diagnosing and returning after a few days with the ordered new parts to repair the appliance issues. Although I was slightly anxious to have to pay the engineer both the upfront fee for call out and labour, as well as the cost of ordering the new parts before completion, the whole process was smooth and no extra labour costs were involved. I can highly recommend.
