You were good at messaging me & keeping me informed. I don't know why an engineer had to come all the way from Aldershot/Farnborough area. Was there not a nearer contact. I'm not sure he was pleased to come such a long way on a very hot day to tell me that the dishwasher needed replacing.

The repair specialist was friendly and professional yet brutally honest. Yes, my machine COULD possibly be repaired at a cost but he spelt out costs in detail and the advantage of getting a new machine which would provide extra guarantees. I therefore decided to purchase a new one. The initial booking in process was easy
