Your engineer arrived punctually at the time stated and he efficiently replaced the igniters on the two defective burners. Hassle and trouble free the experience was what I expected. I will be contacting you again if any further faults occur with my Britannia Range oven

Quick response from initial request. Engineer was really quick in diagnosing the issue and fixed the problem immediately. Really friendly, tidy and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Phil was excellent. Found the fault and fixed it. Answered all my questions. Very efficient. Am a bit worried about him becoming dehydrated as he wouldn’t accept any refreshments from me lol. Nice guy and a job well done. Thanks.

We contacted Appliance Action online for a cooker repair. Had a very quick call back. An engineer immediately called to arrange a visit; called on the morning to arrange time. He turned up on time and did the repair extremely efficiently. Can’t fault them
