The guy came knew exactly what the problem was which was a metal chimey/vent A5 size with a letterbox style opening this did not line up to the vent on my gas cooker. Instead of there being an 1 inch opening to release oven pressure mine had 1/4 of a inch due not being lined up properly, So my oven went safety mode and cut out due to pressure build up. So he just took of the letter box part off which was 3 little screws and its worked ever since. Took 10 mins to do job but he stay and had the oven on for 30 mins to check that was the problem. Brillant service guy messaged to say what time he would arrive and the booking team kept me upto date with everything. Very happy thanks Lisa Kenwood ck501 Gas oven

Just had our oven fixed today - online booking was extremely easy, I received a call first thing the next morning to confirm - the lady I spoke to was lovely and helpful. The two engineers kept me constantly updated on arrival time and were both so nice and professional. They replaced the heating element so quickly and overall the whole experience was stress free and excellent. Would highly recommend and would definitely use this company again - not a single negative thing to say.
