One word - avoid. Had to get another company to come and properly complete the repair. If you need a repair pick a local honest repairer rather than a national company who do not care. Reference the response from Advanced Appliance Care, I did contact Advanced Appliance Care, but they were not interested in trying to resolve the issue. I am amazed Advanced Appliance Care have an 'excellent' rating on trust pilot

Bit the bullet. £96 for a five-minute visit is a lot to pay but there was no other way. Your man gave me the correct info I needed for my next step which was to order the CORRECT EXACT replacement. The replacement was carried out quietly and with great efficiency.

Communication was a bit hit and miss trying to organise appointment, then varying information on payment ( one said on the day, then this changed to in advance, then said sending invoice and didn't but was hounding me for payment). But all staff I spoke to were friendly and polite. Engineer was lovely, knowledgeable and prompt. Looks like issue fixed 🤞 and told if occurs again within next few weeks it's covered by what I already paid so pretty happy with the service offered.

It was easy to book an appointment for the following day online. Price was acceptable and cheaper than others. Engineer was on time and friendly and neat. Highly recommend and would use Mike again.

Paul, the engineer was here in good time, he was smart, polite, friendly and got on identifying the problem quickly then rectified it. I would not hesitate to contact your company again.
