Fast and efficient with very good communication. Gas engineer unavailable on the day to look at a gas jet that wasn't working so another engineer was found who fixed the catch on one of the oven doors (the main reason for the callout). The callout charge was reduced as a result. Sayed was courteous and professional.

Our oven broke just before Christmas and Seyed was able to get out an engineer very quickly who was able to save our oven and fix our noisy fridge at the same time! Very efficient and excellent service, can't recommend enough.
