Here are the steps you can follow to safely remove and replace an oven door:<\/p>\n<h3>Before we begin\u2026<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Disconnect the appliance from any power supply and isolate the supply so it cannot be accidentally reconnected while you are working on it.<\/li>\n<li>Wear gloves! While appliances are nice and smooth on the exterior and pose no risk to cuts etc, the inside of appliances can be extremely sharp as they are not designed for consumers hands to be inside the machine.<\/li>\n<li>If you are not confident in attempting any repair to a domestic appliance, then call an expert.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Materials needed:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitegoodshelp.co.uk\/shop\/product-category\/kitchen-appliances\/cooker-hob-spares\/cooker-hob-doors\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Replacement Oven Door<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Flathead screwdriver<\/li>\n<li>Phillips screwdriver<\/li>\n<li>Towel or soft cloth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Instructions:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Prepare your oven<\/strong> &#8211; <span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Before you begin, make sure your oven is turned off and cool to the touch. The door will be heavy, so be sure to hold it securely with both hands.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Place the door on a flat surface<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"> &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">With the door removed, place it on a flat surface such as a towel or soft cloth. This will protect the door from scratches or other damage.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Reattach the door<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"> &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">To reattach the door, simply line up the hinges with the slots on the door and slide it back into place.
