This brand has gone bust and returned 2 or 3 times to my knowledge. You'd think the brand would be irrevocably tarnished by now. As the brands name has been bought by a totally unconnected company there will be no liabilities for anything that happened under the last Servis UK venture. It was bought from bargaincrazy.com and, as it seems to be a fault with the machine, I'm wondering if there's any comeback..or if I should admit defeat and buy a new washer.
