Miele coin test video

Someone once asked in my washing machine forum about Miele’s “direct enamel coating” and what it was exactly. The answer is that it’s a very tough coating that’s guaranteed never to fade or corrode.

I’ve just conducted my own coin test of the enamel during the process of writing a review on a Miele W 3740 washing machine, which involved hitting it very hard with a pound coin - Miele’s direct enamel coin test

The video is 4 meg (about 10 seconds on my cable connection but it will take some minutes on a 56K modem)
