John Lewis voted the best (again)

In November I reported that John Lewis had been voted the Best Retailer in surveys by Which? John Lewis - the best?. I was pleased about it because it backs up my personal experience of using them to buy most of my large items over the last 18 months.

I’ve just read in the ERT that they’ve done it again having just been voted “Britains favourite retailer” by more than 6000 shoppers polled for, Verdict Research. The retailer that came second was Waitrose supermarkets. Waitrose of course are part of John Lewis so it’s no surprise. It also shows their ethos is working.

This is the third consecutive year John Lewis have won this award ( John Lewis white goods and laundry room section )
