Sorry I can't answer specific diy repair questions..

I enjoy helping people individually, but it's become impossible to answer specific diy repair questions any more. This would be a full time job in itself, and result in cessation of any new content. For washing machines, if you can't find your repair related answer on the washing machine DIY repair help pages, please research Washerhelp's washing machine forum where I answered questions publicly (until it became impractical) so that others could benefit too. Although the forum is closed to new questions, you may still be able to find an answer there in the archived posts. For other white goods: Please see the individual repair help on the appropriate site.

TIP: DON'T USE CAPS LOCK WHEN WRITING EMAILS. I've found that emails written entirely in capital letters are very likely to be filtered out as spam, and may never be read as they are a common spam tactic.
