General emailing TIP: DON'T USE CAPS LOCK WHEN WRITING EMAILS and don't overuse exclamation marks!!! These days emails written entirely in capital letters or even with subjects written in capital letters sometimes get filtered out as spam and may never be read. The same applies to using more than one exclamation mark after a word or just using too many.

Sorry I can't answer specific diy repair questions..

I enjoy helping people individually, but it's become impossible to answer specific diy repair questions any more. This would be a full time job in itself, and result in cessation of any new content. For washing machines, if you can't find your repair related answer on the washing machine DIY repair help pages, please research Washerhelp's washing machine forum where I answered questions publicly (until it became impractical) so that others could benefit too. Although the forum is closed to new questions, you may still be able to find an answer there in the archived posts. For other white goods: Please see the individual repair help on the appropriate site.
